Our experience has been terrible. We started a garage in late April, early May and the garage is still not completed. (Approximately 80 % complete). We have been given the run-around, have been lied to frequently, and have not seen anyone from Cafco for 20 consecutive days, and work was very inconsistent before. Every phase of this project has been stressful and disappointing. We have had problems from delays in getting the permits, all stages of concrete from the foundation footers, (short on concrete order, and issues with setting forms) stem walls, (didn't set forms correctly and short on concrete order, had to re do the West wall) finish floor and small drive way (didn't set up forms correctly on East side of drive way and had to tear out and re do the East section, short again on concrete order). Concrete workers didn't have enough shovels, brooms, didn't have a wheel barrow, and ended up using mine. We have several issues with the framing that still haven't been corrected, incorrectly installed a 36" x 80" door that has to be re done, cut off all the Concrete Encased Electrodes (CCEs) required to provide electrical ground per NEC code. But the biggest issue with Bill Caferelli is that he has repeatedly lied to my wife, to me and to his employees and sub contractors, and has not paid his sub contractors, telling them "he can't pay them because I have not paid him" Bill Caferelli doesn't even rate 1 star. I have called Bill many times regarding these issues, and Bill's responses have steadily gotten worse, until he will not answer his phone when I call, and will not return any of my calls that I have requested of him on the many voice mails I have left him. My only option I can see now is to take a loss, and attempt to finish my garage myself. SHAME ON YOU BILL CAFERELLI
