Established contract in January 2020 for renovations on a rental property. To date minimal work has been completed (tear down of deck stairs, tear out small bath, install of one section of privacy fence). Paid down-payment of over $10,000 to him. Now I'm getting the run around about subcontractors not showing up and calls not being returned. I have been patient for more than months now. I have requested cancelation of contract and return of funds. Still no response!!!!
