An extended family wanted to remodel their "drab" non-functional kitchen into one that was beautiful and practical. They entertain large groups of people and wanted the kitchen to be open and airy, allowing easy flow. The administrative process and communication was the key to the success of this project, as there were two sets of clients involved, each with their own wish list of design and style ideas, as well as personalities. Keeping a tight rein on the budget strings was paramount, without sacrificing quality or craftsmanship. The end result was a kitchen that met and exceeded their expectations.

This multi-generational family wanted to modernize and update their second home, by creating two-master bedroom suites, as well as, re-designing the existing main living areas to provide an easy traffic flow, for not only their extended family, but for entertainment. One way to modernize their home was to take the existing flat ceilings in the main living areas to create various detailed coffered ceilings.

The client's objective were to update their Master Bathroom into a spa with a clean, modern design, while utilizing modern finishes. The key to the project was in perfecting the overall design and style of the bathroom, limit change orders, pay close attention to the budgeted amounts allowed for selections of product and finishes while not sacrificing the quality of materials used or the craftsmanship of the work. The result was a master bedroom that is both a showpiece, which met the desires of the clients, but is comfortable enough to enjoy on a daily basis.
