Very family friendly and patient - budget conscience. When we initially met I didn't even know what I wanted other than a couple magazine clippings from a doctors office that I had ripped out and saved a year or two ago. I told her my budget and just in the amount of consultation time alone, I knew my designer had gone above and beyond what any contractor would. Others Id met with told me to figure it out first, she helped me through the entire process. No one did that for me and I really felt good about the design and the entire project. This was my first time paying a professional and I would do it again with them! A++++++++

We hired them to replace our siding. They took the deposit, made a huge mess, then stopped showing up. Lots of drama about alcohol, break ups and personal problems, but never able to complete and refused to refund our money. We had to sue and file complaints with LNI to get any response. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
