Mr. Austin offered us prompt and excellent service when we had a major emergency with frozen pipe. He even came back to ascertain that the work he had done was still holding. He is also very pleasant to deal with.

| Major exterior repairs | Feb 2016 | I was called to this home to change a window crank on a casement window. During my initial inspection of the small project we found one issue after the other. All issues were just under the finished surface. Through conversation with the home owner i learned that the finished basement was extremely humid all the time. In the end we had to dig out 90' down to the footers on the home and install a new waterproofing membrane. The house had no waterproofing at all and no french drain to move water from the house. We also found that the exterior grade was two feet above the foundation wall! Because of this water was running right into the house. Remedying this problem became very complicated. We removed exterior stone, flagstone walkway and replaced 60' of the exterior wall framing. The structural rot was so bad we actually had to rebuild three window frames due to rot.
