| Pioneer Hills Remodel - Bothell | May 2015 | We completely gutted the kitchen & all three bathrooms. Moved a couple walls to open up the kitchen and increased the size of the master closet. 4" Brazilian Cherry throughout the main level, granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. Heated tile flooring in bathrooms. Replaced all windows with low-e vinyl Milgard windows. All new interior trim and exterior trim. Painted entire interior and exterior. New roof. New landscaping. Lots of concrete work, including curb/gutter, front sidewalk/driveway entrance. Widened driveway which connects to large new concrete front entry, pathways around both sides leading to massive back patio. New cedar fence around entire property.
