Mr. Ruiz was recommended to me by a friend. I called Mr. Ruiz and asked him to look at our property to get a quote. He responded quickly and delivered the quote by that evening. We set a date for three days out. He and his crew arrived exactly as they said they would. The removed the existing lawn, leveled the yard (as much as possible), applied additional top soil and placed the new sod. I left home in the morning with a poor looking lawn and came home in the evening with a lush green look. Mr. Ruiz and his crew were considerate of our neighbors and did a nice job of cleaning up before they departed. I would recommend Mr. Ruiz for his work, his timeliness, his fees and his follow through. We are very happy with the results and If I ever needed projects like this or a fence or.... I would not hesitate to contact him again.
