He was out of budget for the project, asked for additional money to complete and never finished the work.

This guy is the worst of the worst and I deeply regret using him as he never completed the project, what work he did complete was of poor quality and he soiled our carpets and cut the fabric in our chair in an area he was not even spouse to be in. Despite promises of completion and repair of the chair it never happened and he cant be found. I also found a subcontractors bill on my front door step which was supposedly paid by him which shows up on my invoice. By the way what work he did do took 3 times longer than what promised and ended up costing more. I can share more but none of it is good.
