Cottonwood Custom Builders, Inc. was established in 1995. We are a Boulder-based general contractor specializing in green custom home building and renovation / remodeling. We work as a team; encouraging owner, architect and designer involvement. We also offer a design-build process for clients wanting a more turn-key process. We have an experienced and professional staff that takes great pride in workmanship and has a history of completing high quality, complex projects on time and within budget. CCBI believes in a team approach that makes good communication, accurate budgets, and realistic schedules our top priority. Regular site meetings include the client, project manager, and architect to review project status and ensure work is progressing smoothly. We strive to build energy efficient, high performance homes that meet our clients desires and budget. We view each project as a one of a kind creation that is built carefully by hand, by craftsman, one step at a time. CCBI projects are driven by customer objectives. Attention to detail is present throughout every CCBI project: from the pre-construction phase, which includes developing the budget, confirming the scope of work and creating the schedule, to the construction itself where the quality of work, budget and schedule are monitored continuously. Regular communication and meetings ensure that the entire project team is working together for the best result. Accurate, timely paperwork and communication can be as important to the success of the job as the quality of labor and materials. We work closely with you and the architect to make sure decisions and selections are made in advance of when work needs to be scheduled. This is critical to on time and on budget completion.
