Colby at Superior Steam was providing cleaning services for my property management company. By mistake, we sent 2 checks in the amount of $575 to him. We requested that he send back the extra check issued in error. He refuses to refund the money. Very dishonest business practices! We will have to take him to court and will not be doing business with him again.
