They are outrageously expensive almost 3-4 times more expensive than 3 other contractors for the same work. I wanted them to redo my master walk in shower and they quoted me a price of $14,800 to do it. I had the same work done for $3000. My other 3 contractors were in the $2000-4000 range. In addition that $14,800 did not include materials other than the new shower enclosure. The other 3 included tile for enlarging it and the mud pan be replacing with stone tile. I do think they are very unreasonable.

We love our new bathroom! When we decided to remodel the bathroom, we were anxious because this was the most expensive home improvement project we have ever done. Thanks to your team, we are delighted with the results. Your process helped us get comfortable with the necessary steps, timing and costs involved. When we first visited the showroom, your staff greeted us quickly and gave us time to explore our options. The estimator, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable, informative and friendly, accommodated our weekend schedule. He listened attentively to our plans and helped us make decisions based on our needs. When we met with James to select our tile, cabinet and fixtures he repeatedly said "I want you to love it!" James' patience and guidance were invaluable and they all paid off. We do love the bathroom. Prior to the installation, family and friends told us to be ready for a mess and total disruption to our lives. This was not the case. Our installer, Tommy, was amazing. He was professional at all times and cleaned up the area each day. He discussed the progress each morning, kept us informed of the schedule, and his expertise shows in his work. He answered our questions, worked around our schedule and even finished the job early. Throughout the installation, Tommy repeatedly said "I want you to love it!" We could not have asked for anyone better to work in our home. Without reservation, we highly recommend your services.

Thank you for helping me to design my bathroom. My husband and I are amazed at the transformation. We love the porcelain faucets, the elegant vanity, the light fixture which is perfect with the mirror and the ceramic tile floor which sets off the bathroom and makes it seem larger. the new bathroom is awesome. We have invited friends and family members to see our new bathroom. It is the best looking room in our home. We are so pleased with results that we can't help recommending your company to others.

After hearing your radio commercial on WTOP, we called Metropolitan Bath and Tile for an estimate to remodel 2 bathrooms and convert a pantry into a powder room. We met with estimators from other companies, but Charlene our estimator/designer from Metropolitan Bath and Tile impressed us the most. Charlene accurately measured the bathrooms and spent some time getting to know my daughter and I and the styles and features we wanted in our new bathrooms. Charlene's professional experience and expertise guided us through the design and selection process. It was a pleasure working with her. It was also a pleasure working with Ray, our production manager. Ray's friendly and professional demeanor makes him well suited for his position as liaison between the customer and your company. We feel very fortunate that Max and Ken were the team assigned to our project. There are not enough superlatives to describe their outstanding workmanship. Throughout the renovation process it felt as though Max and Ken approached our project with the same high level of quality, care and attention to detail they would put into their own homes. They are truly Master Craftsmen. Their high standards and excellent craftsmanship have set the bar high. Having lived with the old bathroom for 37 years, I knew where every chip, damage and hole had been cut and patched in the drywall. Juan A., Juan G. and Ever painstakingly and expertly repaired, prepped and painted the bathrooms' walls and ceilings. When they finished the wall surfaces were smooth and there was no trace of the previous damage. Norman, our electrician, installed all the new light fixtures, created a new electrical outlets in the powder room and brought the outlets in the existing bathroom up to code. Gary expertly replaced wallpaper, repaired and painted a stippled ceiling and section of a wall that had been damaged by a previous water leak. The renovation of our bathrooms was the largest project we have ever undertaken and thanks to the dedicated professionals at Metropolitan Bath and Tile, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Each member of our renovation team was friendly, professional, highly skilled and experienced in their area of expertise. The team members always arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up well when they finished their work each day. We thank each of you for your outstanding work abd the care and attention to detail you put into every aspect of our project. We would highly recommend Metropolitan Bath and Tile to anyone considering bathroom renovations.
