MAGICALLY REPAIRED

I made an appointment with Magically Repaired, and as a result of their high demand, it took 10 days to get a technician to get to us. When making that appointment, we were told we'd be contacted before someone came to our location, and they'd be there sometime between 10 and 1. When the day came for the technician to come work on our dryers, the technician refused to honor the 10 to 1 appointment made by Magically Repaired's scheduler with us, and instead said they'd already been to our location by 9am. When we conveyed this to the technician they said we'd need to call and reschedule, and wait another period of up to two weeks, before they'd come work on our equipment, again. At this point, we are very frustrated with the lack of communication between their scheduler and technicians. We will not be using their company's services, and advise anyone choosing to work with them to be mindful when waiting 10+ days for them to show up, that they don't honor their appointment times. They will show up whenever is convenient for them, and leave the burden to bear on their customers. I called their office 11 times between the hours of 9:30am and 10:30am to attempt to work this out before leaving this review of my experience, with no answer or call back. I feel this is an awful way for a small business to conduct themselves, and would suggest other customers to be advised of this before attempting to book Magically Repaired's services.
