We gut homes down to the studs & beams if needed and fully rehab the home.   •Flooring: Lay Tiles (any size tile or material type) Install Wood/Pergo/Laminate Flooring •Prep walls & floors using wall/floor tiling board(wonder board/Du-rock) & or ply-wood & moisture paper for hardwood/laminate floor install. •Hang/Install Interior Doors w/ Knob & Locking hardware •Install; Base molding, Door Molding, Crown molding •Install Countertops (all material types ie; marble, granite, laminate) •Install BR/Kitchen Sinks/Hardware/piping, speedy valves & lines. •Install bath Tub & Toilet with all required parts, adhesives. A-Z Install from connecting drain, securing tub with Crete, leveling and installing all required knobs & parts for tub & toilet. •Sand/Strip Hardwood floors with commercial grade floor sander & floor buffer. (3-4 step sanding process depending on condition of wood.  •Stain & polyurethane wood flooring using lamb wool applicator •Frame & Sheetrock Walls •“Skim-Coating” Compound/Plaster Tape/remove popcorn ceiling and restore to flat finish. •Concrete work/Self leveling  •Basic Electrical and Plumbing (run copper piping & fittings for hot & cold water lines to shower body & speedy valves.  •Run BX Cable/internet/telephone lines & Install/mount electric box, plate, secure connections, install outlets, switches and decor wall plate. •Ceiling fans/Light fixtures and similar •Assemble wood/laminate cabinets & hang in kitchen etc •Build and assemble wood components (furniture, cabinets etc..) based on drawings provided.
