We really believe that no job is too small or too big for us to handle. In fact, we take so much pride in our job that our work comes with some of the best warranties in the business. Were that confident in our services and our staff. We work hard to make sure that we are reliable and affordable for everyone

AVOID NOBLE ELECTRIC, HEATING, AND COOLING AT ALL COSTS In December of 2017, I contacted Kevin Noble of Noble Electric, Heating, and Cooling to replace a failed furnace and aging air conditioner. He claimed to have given me a “deal” and had I known what the future held, I would have never contacted him to do the work. The furnace install went relatively smoothly. He managed to complete it over the course of 3 days but in reality, it should not have taken that long, but I was getting my furnace fixed in the middle of the winter and was not going to complain as long as it was up and running. The big issue came when it was finally time to install my air conditioner. Per our conversation during the furnace install, I contacted him once the weather broke and we set up a date and time for him to come and install the unit in the middle of May 2018. He then proceeded to become unreachable or had an excuse why he could not make the appointments or was purely a no-call no-show on the appointment. Kevin has scheduled EIGHTEEN dates and times, of his choosing, and showed up to 3 of them. I’d like to note that the majority of those EIGHTEEN dates and times that Kevin was scheduled to show up were in the middle of the week and I was forced to either leave work early or take the day off for him to never show up. In those 3 days that he did show up, he conveniently would forget something or try to leave before finishing the install. One of the times he actually showed up, he brought his young son and they were there for about 3.5 hours doing roughly 30 minutes of actual work. I was basically babysitting the two of them. I’ve brought that up to him many times and he got verbally aggressive with me telling me that he’s giving me a deal and that “good people don’t have a/c” and that because mine is up and running, although not finished to this day, that I “wasn’t a high priority” of his. He said that he would “get to me when he has time” and then make an appointment and not show up for it. As it currently stands, the issues remaining that he has yet to address for the FULLY PAID INSTALL are: swapping out the breaker, swapping out the quick disconnect, installing the thermostat (more on this in a minute), he never properly leveled the a/c unit and he did not provide the pea gravel around it that was paid for, he knocked out a block window in my basement when installing the furnace and filled it with duct tape and foam insulation and claimed he would come back and cement it in properly which he never did, and put a screen on the end of the exhaust pipe to prevent any animals from crawling inside of it. Every time I contacted him to finish these items, he would tell me about how good of a deal I got and that I should be happy and he will get to it. He tried to inform me that a thermostat that ranges from $150-200 online goes for $475 and he normally charges people SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (talk about a scam) to install. He claims he gave it to me for free, but I’m certain it was wrapped into the price of everything ($5,500.00 cash). Regardless, he’s never installed it, so it has basically become an expensive paperweight. The day that Kevin actually set the a/c and hooked it up, he did not have a vacuum pump to complete the job. He tried to leave it unfinished when I had contacted a friend of mine that also does HVAC (and if I would have thought of them previously, I would have had them do the job instead) and he informed me of how to complete the job without it. Kevin went on to make bogus claims about how installing it that way was improper and it would void my warranty and the manufacturers would know about it. None of that is true. Not only would the manufacturers never be able to tell how a line was purged but the method itself did not void any warranty. This again was Kevin’s attempt at leaving before finishing the job. Had I not spoken with my friend, I may still not have my a/c hooked up to this day nearing the mid-point of August 2018. The last appointment that Kevin picked the date and time for, he was a no-call no-show and has yet to reach out to me about completing the job. That was 3.5 weeks ago. I’ve given up trying to reach him as it just causes unnecessary stresses and clearly does not work. I’m sure upon reading this, he will be even more reluctant to finish the job and I will likely be forced to take him to court for the unfinished portion of the job and my missed wages. If you take the time to look him up, you’ll see that I would not be the first person to do so and likely would not be the last. It is contractors like Kevin who give other contractors in the field a bad reputation and makes it more difficult for people who truly do run an honest business. I write this review in hopes that it will save someone the stress that I have gone through while dealing with Noble Electric, Heating, and Cooling. If it were possible, I would give the company a negative rating. Avoid them at all costs.

Very disappointed with Kevin Noble and Noble Electric heating and cooling llc. Made a deposit for an apartment rewire with new panel to be completed on 9/19/16. I attempted to contact Kevin several times over the next two months and eventually had to cancel the agreement on 12/1/16 and demand a refund of the deposit. The refund has not arrived despite several confirmations from Kevin that he "would send it next week". Do not use this company unless you are interested in throwing money away.
