Downsizeology

I heard about this company through a friend in my neighborhood . Too I was fearful of websites and was in hopes being a well known company I'd be safer and more trustworthy of these people . Just in talking w/Elise(misspelled) I felt an immediate warm & friendly care through her voice . I was in hopes to down size and get rid of some big furniture in my home . Although that didn't happen Andy was quick to tell me they do take costume jewelry and silver as well. Andy was such a kind/ caring soul as well . He took the time to explain why things wouldn't sale and also gave me alternatives of other places to check into for my furniture. Too he took the time to check all the jewelry I gave him and told me how he came up w/price he'd give me for the merchandise. I couldn't have been happier with both of them and will recommend them to everyone. On a scale of 1 - 5 5 being highest ---- They are a 5 in every way / professional / caring/ explain well & so very fair . It was a very good experience .
