Their name is a joke! They have NO INTEGRITY and I STILL HAVE NO A/C after 21/2 years! They sent out 2 different employees which were on drugs (which was verbally stated to me by other employee as well as owners partner), created fraudulent charges , given NO receipt or pictures as promised, trickery involving installation, lied to on several occasions as to why A/C isn't cooling home, & have now washed their hands of it as if this is over; BUT IT'S NOT!! I called the owner John T. to let him know what's going on with his company, but he doesn't seems to care & made the excuse of it being a floor issue; which has NOTHING to do with the lack of airflow coming out of vents and rooms being sultry! So, I have contacted Shannon B****** with Channel 8 news (awaiting reply), calling the BBB, & will let my Attorney General know how they tried to bamboozle me. I couldn't leave a review without clicking on a star so I had to but would honestly give them a NEGATIVE 5 STARS if that was an option!!! HOT & DISGUSTED SENIOR IN RUSKIN Having to take them to small claims court which is this December 2023!!!

My husband and I are so pleased with the new heating and air conditioning system we had installed. James was very professional from the first contact. Craig did an amazing job on the installation. I dont often write reviews but felt credit was due to integrity air. Thanks again!!

The people at Integrity were so nice to work with. They explained our new ac system to us, and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this company!

i couldnt be happier with Integrity heat and air as my preferred air conditioning contractor. Always prompt, always on time, always a pleasure to deal with. John, the owner, has been doing my work for the last 7 years and I can, in good faith, recommend he and his company to everyone.
