Doors locks & keys

I was asking to get a copy for my 2007 Toyota Camry, and the company agent informed me that I should follow the address that he will send to me to meet him after 5PM in the store, and when I went there, I did not find any store and I found him driving a car with equipment moving from place to another place, finally. he asked me to come to my home and he made a copy and only a copy of that key and asked me to transfer the electric bottoms by myself and he left before he run the car, and I discovered that the key was not working after he charged me $100. so I called him back , and he arrived after I told him that I will get my money back, but he just add a small electric chip which is cost $10 and he asked me for $60. I called the company to get my $100 back from the 1st trip because he did not fix it first time. and the company did not explain anything or even call back. I still want that $100 to be back.
