Mr. Sutherland, My Dad and I want to thank you for the wonder service that your installer, Dan, gave us on the installation of our new Maytag Dishwasher. This was not an easy install and he was EXTREMELY patient getting the old one out of the cabinet and getting the new dishwasher into the opening. First of all, he worked for a little over an hour trying to get the 30 year old dishwasher out. What a nasty job that proved to be. It had two different electric cords connected to it; one that was not active (which we eventually found out) and the other was hard wired to an outlet behind our refrigerator. When Dan went to put the new machine in he struggled to get the dishwasher into the opening because the counters were lowered to accommodate my petite mother (1 1/2 inches shorter than normal). He finally ended up removing the top piece of insulation and the new dishwasher went in easily. Bless his heart he was working without air conditioning, no light in the kitchen and two old people watching over his shoulder; because we had the electric off in the house. He never got discouraged and he had a wonderful sense of humor. I would, without a doubt, recommend your company to anyone. In fact, some time in June I am going to call and ask for either you or Dan come out and replace a faulty valve. Dan is fairly sure that the existing one is either shot or faulty and the replacement will allow us to get better water pressure in the kitchen. Thank you again for great service.
