The Appliance Squad

Worse company ever... Our dishwasher in our brand new home didn't work we called GE and because they were full the call got forwarded to these jerks. We set up an appointment without being told there would be an additional fee, the tech shows up says y"it's broken I can't do anything about it that will be $70" we told the tech well since it's a new washer never run once and we called GE and it should be covered by warranty. The tech agreed but apparently their billing didn't and sent us a nasty letter in the mail saying that since they don't work with GE they have to charge us. When we had an actual GE tech come out he saw they problem was a wire hadn't been connected to the motor so it wasn't pumping water into the machine. That visit was of course free and under warranty. But we the billing department of the appliance squad still said we owed them even though their tech did absolutely nothing and we weren't told before hand that they would be charging a fee. We will never be doing business with these crooks again and o recommend you don't as well

The repair person arrived at time specified and without a lot of fan fair went to work. Determined probabl problem., verified broken part, ordered part and scheduled for install tomorrow. So far kept all commitments in timely fashion
