I purchased a 20 foot Fishtail Palm from Groundscapes for approx $1,800 just under a year ago and it had 5 stalks in the tree cluster. One is still alive and I have communicated as many as 5 times with the Owner with photos of this tree and have had zero reply. The installer said it looked bad upon planting and they have never responded to my concerns. They were also the landscape provider for a new community I live in and where they planted the tree but they walked away from the project and let it unfinished and me with an investment of $1,800 in an almost dead tree. I would not recommend Groundscapes for your work; commercial or residential.
