We are a small remodeling firm located in Brandywine Maryland, with over 20 years in the industry. We pride ourselves on paying close attention to detail while exceeding our clients expectations. Toilet is where the shower was, shower is where the vanity was and the area that houses the tub was originally a closet. All permits pulled and all inspections passed.   | Wilson Project | Mar 2018 | Guest bathroom added to basement. Drains were roughed in by the home builder, and relocated (by us) to accommodate desired layout. Complete layout and design done by us. Client gave us complete autonomy over the project. We absolutely could not let them down! Custom tile work, Wrap around corner niche with remote controlled waterproof LED lighting built in. Custom shower head. Columns built on both sides of new vanity to accommodate hidden plumbing. LED light bar over vanity. Recessed lights. Custom built in candle box with remote controlled, real wax LED candles. Custom built in "linen bin". Exhaust fan with built in blue tooth speaker.
