So we hired this contractor to do some simple renovations on our 1896 home in lake city ,big mistake!!,He completely took advantage of my wife and I on so many levels it's truly sad !,On top of that he shouldn't even have a contractors license,very poor quality work,charged us $2500 to build a platform for a clawfoot tub,sealed it up so the county inspector and consultant could not properly inspect ,after pulling floor up by another contractor,found work to be insufficient and we had to pay to redo,also had various issues with plaster and paint issues ,so in short we paid twice to have same work completed,his two employees Doug and Ricky were horrible ,constantly complaining about there boss and very crappy work ethics, I wouldn't recommend this company to build or restore a dog house ,pictures and more to come soon after more repairs behind them!
