Hi Erin, I'm sorry to see that your experience with Freedom Movers was less than spectacular. We strive for excellence in everything we do and provide for our customers. Normally, we encourage customers to provide feedback for us as soon as any concerns arise; this allows us to be proactive and prevent situations that might cause you to become dissatisfied. We also work closely with our customers to ensure safe access to your door-step, including the approach down the driveway. However, sometimes we do require a small amount of cooperation from the homeowner with particularily challenging, steep-grade driveways. Without any cooperation, these challenges can lead to damage, which, regretfully occured in this situation.
