  | Bathroom floor update. | Feb 2016 | That bathroom flooring had been down for 25 plus years. It had been painted once to prolong the life. But as we all know water, high traffic don't mix. We went in and prepped the old vinyl by cleaning it and removing the curled edges by the bathtub and along the walls.Then we installed a 25 year vinyl product over the top.   | 21st street front wall reframe. | May 2014 | The whole front of this house was rotten from a water link on the roof. The roof had been leaking for a couple years. You wouldn't think this much damage could happen in a couple years! But think again. We took down the whole front of the house being careful to make sure we removed all the rotten wood. It had to be taken all the way down to the foundation. Then we put it all back together. Studs, insulation, reinstalling the window, siding and Sheetrock.
