Kitsap Powerwash

Jody and his team did an outstanding job on our roof today. We live in Port Townsend and Kitsap Powerwash was the only firm we could find that would come to Port Townsend and clean our cement tile roof. We are so glad that we used them as they did a great job cleaning off years of moss and debris from the roof. The moss they took off by hand and then treated the roof to delay future growth. They documented with pictures all of the cracked or broken tiles and repaired all of the ones they could as part of the service at not extra charge. Everything was cleaned up great before they left including blowing off the driveway as an added bonus. We will be using them for annual maintenance going forward.

We had our roof cleaned and treated today Wed. Sept. 16th, 2015. In my opinion Kitsap Powerwash did an amazing job on cleaning, treating, and cleaning up at the end. We had been recommended their services through my dad after his roof cleaning, with the statement "It was the best money he had ever spent!" I have to agree. Thank you Jody and fellow employees. Would highly recommend Kitsap powerwash hired them to remove moss and apply treatment . Jody and his crew did a excellent job and went above and beyond . Can you give no stars? I wouldn't trust this company to clean a dog kennel. We hired them to clean the moss from our roof. The roof was only nine yrs old as a thirty yr roof. They prove most of the glue seals on the roof then proceeded to spray bleach water. The water came thru in two places leaving bleach stains on our varnished wood cieling. It rained the next day a d suddenly we had multiple leaks in a roof that never had a problem. Over the course of the next weeks he brought two men here to look at the roof, one a friend of his. Both said the entire roof needed to be replaced. He denied responsability. He came and put a tarp (mine) on the roof to cover where he thoug h t the leaks were and then refused any further responsibility. Literally saying go ahead and sue.. He refused to provide the name of his insurance co, and said it would take years to collect from his bonding thru the licensing agency. replacing the roof due to his incompetence has now cost us $14000. Don't learn the lesson as we did.
