Had the company replace my roof after a hail storm. They did not do what was in the quote. Didn’t replace felt. Put old metal ridge caps back on. Had to have 2nd professional roofer come out to not only to find out that what they did would leave possible flooding in the house if we got a large rain and it looked like crap. Called Frank Garcia to see if he would make it right and pay for the second roofer to replace about $500 worth of repairs due to his employee not completely do the job right the first time and he refused. He did offer to come fix it but after what we have experienced I don’t trust him because of the short cuts made. Would not recommend this company for any job!

Should be no stars but not an option. Weeks of struggle. Had to stop mid project. Crew placed in my home did not know what they were doing with sheetrock, texture, electrical, framing. Used wrong materials, inconsistent splatter texture, poor repairs or no repairs, outlets upside down and not level, attic access not framed, ... Crew did not protect my floors or belongings. Contractor not responsive to concerns from beginning and pushy to move forward and accept bad work. Result, processes not what agreed upon or promised. Feels now like bait and switch. More problems coming to light as I am trying to move forward at much additional expense.
