Washington Home Doctors is extremely responsive, and reasonably priced. I have used them for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs for nearly 20 years and I will not use anyone else. Earl and his team are always there to respond. I have replaced heating systems, hot water heaters and upgraded appliances; Washington Home Doctors has been there for them all. When I purchased my first home I did a 203k, a loan coupled with your mortgage to make home improvements. Earl and his crew were great! They did everything I needed. Demo of a kitchen and relocation of my kitchen, new laundry room now located on the main lvl of my home. Original laundry rm is still in the basement. Mold removal, ceramic tile, new HVAC system, hardwood floors, removed a wall upstairs to make a master bedroom, light fixtures, an extra sump pump, new roof, & light fixtures. Im sure im missing something... overall I have no complaints. They made it easy for me. Fyi... the 203k did not cover all costs associated with my renovation but it helped. FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS.... LISTEN!!! GET A LOAN OFFICER WHO DOES 203K! Washington Home Doctors was truly a pleasure to work with and I still call them today!
