Chris evaluated a problem I had with a musty smell in a room off a deck where a sliding glass door was located. He found that the sliding glass door had leaked under the door down to the subfloor over a period of probably years. After removing the subfloor and exposed the framing found broken framing . He replaced broken framing and leveled off the framing for the new subfloor. I had him also tear out a brick hearth and a veneer brick wall and install new wall paneling, He replaced the sliding glass door, put in a new vinyl plank floor, and made a custom threshold. Chris hauled away all the demo debris. I found that Chris and his son who worked with him both knowledgeable and hard working.

Chris and his team are excellent. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was done excellently. We had our entire bathroom re-done. We will definitely hire Chris in the future. He's the best!

Chris Aiken and his crew created a beautiful, well-built floor for my great room, bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. They had to replace joists, subflooring, and flooring, and they also laid new footers. The work was of excellent quality. I had to deal with an insurance agent in this matter. Chris took 45 minutes of his time to go through every step of what he'd done with that insurance agent, after he'd completed the work and at no benefit to himself. She told me that she thought he was the most honest contractor to whom she had spoken in her entire professional life, and that I was blessed to have found someone so competent. He's conscientious, honest, kind, hard-working, and reliable. He took on a huge job and hired people who shared his commitment to top quality work.
