I have been a builder/remodeler for 25+ years. I have handled crews and multiple projects at the same time. Because of a knee injury and subsequent surgery in May, 2017, I am only operating as a consultant for homeowners needing advice and a realistic budget without feeling committed to any service provider. I cannot do the work, but I can offer reliable estimates as to what the homeowner should expect to pay. My own rate of compensation is $25 an hour.
