My entire experience with J.L. and Bridget was wonderful - professional and friendly. My carpet had not been cleaned in several years, and had heavy pet stains, as well as some rust, ink, and fingernail polish. J.L. kept working on it until it looked amazing, and smells so much better, too. I am extremely pleased.
