I've had Tom come to my house twice now. The first time he repaired minor water damage to a corner of my downstairs hallway. I need to paint that area and wanted the repairs done first--He did a fine job and even helped me fix a wall in another area that I was having trouble with after removing wallpaper. The 2nd time he did work at my house, I needed three holes in the walls patched after removing security system keypads that I have never used and was tired of looking at. Once again, he did a beautiful job, charged me a fair price, and even helped me out with another area where the drywall was cracking (from a previous poor drywall job)--he added that in because he saw that it needed to be done--even without being asked or without charging me extra. Really! I feel as though he treats me like a member of his family--I think he really likes to fix things up. (I do too!)
