I had an awning installed by Coast Installations Company, a division of BN Construction. Its a year gone by. The valance that was promised to be replaced never came, even after multiple texts with Gary. The motorized retractable awning has no manual eye loop in case of power failure. He gave me the handle but there was no way to use it. My calls are now unanswered. I thought I would let you know before I notify the BBB, consumer protection as well as notify the sea Oaks community where we live and the GreenBrier community who recommended him. No stars for you.
