We are Fully Insured and licensed with the State of NJ as a new Home Builder and as a Home Improvement Contractor, both of which are mandatory in NJ in order to legally provide construction services. When doing additions, we go the extra mile to separate your house from the job to make sure that construction dust does not enter your home. We also do our best to weather seal those areas, which prevents air from entering or leaving your home, thus keeping your house in tact and at a comfortable temperature while construction is being performed. This also eliminates costly utilities bills. Cleanup is a very important part of our business - as we understand how trying the construction process can be on a family who is not used to having this type of work performed.
