Straight Out contacted us immediately and was cordial but persistent in getting the appointment to give a quote. The Julians (father and son) were prompt, courteous, articulate, and fair with the pricing...and they earned the job. The Julians arrived on time the next day (we needed the work done asap and they accommodated our needs), covered the work area to protect new fixtures and floor, and then Julian Sr stayed to prep the walls and paint. There were many many cut ins, slate gray paint on white fixtures! The work was excellent and not only was the place left as clean as when they started, Julian removed old paint cans that we've had for years but no longer needed. Great company, great work ethic, great job.
