This is the first time I am writing to recommend a company! Rsa flooring is the best! We did the whole first floor in house house with them! very reliable, professional, responsible, always answered all the questions, finished when we were told and all my friends that were doing work with hardwood floors wanted to get a quote from them!! I trust them 100%!!! Highly recommended!

We used RSA on a recommendation for a LARGE residential hardwood floor install and refinish (over $20k). Within three months of installation, the stain throughout the house began rubbing off the floors. We used standard stains, nothing custom, and it is occurring on both the refinished and newly installed hardwood areas. Other areas of the floor appeared "wavy" from too deep sanding (which we were willing to overlook had the stain issue not started). Robert, our project leader, first claimed this was a stain manufacturer issue and he would follow up, but has now been non-responsive. We will be taking legal action.

Service is horrible/ make sure that when you do business here everything is in writing. Mauricio has the habit of giving one price when he first speaks to you and another when the work is done. Plus he doesn't match the floors so that it looks like one floor thru out the home/ he uses floors with no shine and some really cheap molding. Overly expensive if you don't keep a record of the original price that he gives you. So just a heads up get everything in writing before doing business with them. Very unprofessional after giving you a price changing it at the end and then harassing you at all hours of the night about payment that you didn't even know you owed. Then wanting you to pay the reminding balance without trying to give you no type of receipt on what work he provided. Not the way to do business
