Bathroom and Entryway addition

Feb 2016

Our customer wanted to change an enclosed breezeway into an entryway and a bathroom. We gutted the breezeway, raised the floor to house level, built doorways and walls, installed drywall, installed two tile floors (a slate tile floor in the entryway, and a heated porcelain tile floor in the bathroom), built and tiled a walk-in shower/changing area with a glass wall and glass door, built a linen closet, and installed the vanity and toilet. We did all associated wiring and plumbing for the project as well.

Outdoor Pavilion

Jan 2016

Our customer had ordered a pavilion from Amish Country Gazebos (amishgazebos.com). We are a certified installer for this company, so we were hired to prepare the site, receive the shipment, and install the pavilion. The customer had a lovely brick patio where they were going to put the pavilion, but it needed some repair work first, so we did that as well.

Outdoor Living Area Remodel including New Gazebo

Nov 2015

Our customer had a deck/patio that was decked with a composite decking but which was deteriorating. They wanted the deck redecked with Trex decking. Plus they wanted to add a new screened gazebo to their outdoor living area and have it connected to the existing deck. They selected their gazebo from Amish Country Gazebos (amishgazebos.com), for whom we are a certified installer. We repaired the existing deck and re-decked it with Trex decking. We also installed new railings and gates. We built the connecting walkway to the gazebo and installed the foundation/decking for the gazebo. We then installed the gazebo, complete with a pagoda roof, cupola, weathervane, and complete screen package. We also installed the wiring package and the ceiling fan in the gazebo, and connected all of that to the existing house electrical. As you can see, the result was very inviting!

Church Sanctuary and Main Floor Remodel

Aug 2014

This church was ready to give their sanctuary and main floor a fresh new look that was inviting and worshipful. The sanctuary was paneled with wood paneling and had a fiber board tile ceiling. They wanted to paint the paneling white and have a new drop ceiling installed with new light fixtures and ceiling fans. They were also looking for someone to come up with an attractive design for the front wall of the auditorium to accent the Cross and to complement the furniture. In addition, they wanted the same type of work done on the walls and ceilings of the whole main floor, to give it a clean, coordinated look.
