My house was in need of a new heating and air system. We contacted Arctec Air and Jeremy came out to give us a quote. He was very professional and personable. He was leaving for vacation in a few days and actually had our quote to us before he left. We set up a date for him to install our ductless Mitsubishi systems. Jeremy and Chris came out on September 11 and had everything completed by September 12. The new system is running great and we LOVE it. Jeremy and his team are awesome. I would recommend Arctec Air to everyone!
