Would not recommend using Gagnon Heating and Air Conditioning. When it came to handling the paperwork for the rebate check, one of Gagnon selling points “We handle all the paperwork”. But, when the paperwork didn't get submitted on time, Gagnon Heating and Air Conditioning took zero responsibility. Gave me every excuse in the book why he wasn't responsible, which were all untrue. Not a person you can trust.

Sincerely enjoyed working with the Gagnon team during the research, acquisition, planning and installation of my Geothermal furnace in the Spring/Summer of 2014. The team was very knowledgeable, professional and met all of their commitments to me. The project was completed on an aggressive schedule needed to met a financial deadline. I am VERY satisfied with the results!
