PhD Maintenance Group is a family-owned and -operated residential and commercial service company. Our services include home remodeling (such as bathrooms), wood fence construction, general carpentry, and handyman work including small home repairs. We also offer powerwashing and deck staining services, seasonally. Originally founded in 1992 as "The Window Doctor", we have grown over the course of over 20 seasons to offer a host of home and business maintenance services and carpentry work. Our clean-cut, uniformed crew members cover all of Livingston County, Washtenaw County, and Western Oakland County in Southeast Michigan. Trustworthy and ethical contractors are rare breeds; we're proud of our reputation as dependable gentlemen. We are licensed residential builders in the state of Michigan, and perform hundreds of different handyman tasks and full remodeling projects throughout the year, in addition to our powerwashing and deck staining work. We are fully insured, and employ non-smoking, clean-cut laborers who have been well-trained in the skills they are using. We charge very competitive market rates with a relatively low minimum charge for each service call.
