Worst buying experience ever! Would not return calls or give updates. Told us he would build the home in 6 months, and then put us last on his list after the contract was signed. After almost a year of frustration, builder cancelled contract by mail with no phone call to even discuss, so that he could sell the home for more money. We should have listen to other people that shared their terrible experiences with us, but we trusted them. Waste of a year, time and money. Dave Tucker is very good at hiding who he really is. Very poor quality of home as well, so maybe it was all for the best. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better builder.
