Milford CT, Occupied Staging | Aug 2017 | This project was truely the definition of what Home Staging is. Starting with a consultation! My client's were advised what should be done to their house to have them receive the best Return of Investtment. They were advised to declutter as well as paint the property. They followed the staging action to the letter, understanding that they were investing in their bottom line, rather than spending money to sell their house. When they got their part of the plan accomplished it was my turn to go to work and stage their house. Using my ten years of experience in the industry as well, as my continuing education I set out to have potential buyer's form emotional attachments to each room of the house. This also allowed the listing to show in the best possible light on the web. My client's were very open to what the staging process would do for them, taking a great deal of stress out of selling their home. | $3k | Milford, CT
Canton Vacant Staging | Jun 2017 | This house was a vacant property in Canton, CT. It had very nice details but was very dated, so we were hired to bring the property up to date. We did this by adding rented furniture, accessories, bedding, rugs and artwork. We used some of the pieces that were nuetral enough to mix in with the up to date additions. The end result was a very warm and welcoming property that sold in 7 weeks. Proving that Home Staging works and is a very good investment when selling a property. | $3k | Canton, CT
Vacant Staging, New Haven, CT | Feb 2016 | This house is a very nice Craftsmen House. It was bought as an investment and was redone. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled. When it came time to resell the property it was not Staged. The listing expired and a new realtor was hired. This realtor chose to hire a Professional Home Stager to turn this home into a warm and welcoming house. Current colors and patterns make this a property that potential buyers want to see. | $2k | New Haven, CT
Occupied Staging, Cheshire, Ct | Feb 2016 | This property was staged to bring the most value to the property. My client's put a great deal of work into the house and when they decided to sell it they wanted to recoup as much of their investment as possible. They did their homework on staging and understood that staging the property would bring them the strongest offer possible, even in this very challenging real see market. | $4k | Cheshire, CT
Vacant Staging, Marion Ct | May 2015 | This was a rehab project done by an investor that buys and sells property all over the state of CT. Although high end materials were used, It showed as cold and unwelcoming. Nancy the Stager was hired to make this property shine. We brought in furniture, accessories and artwork to make the perfect first impression. This property no longer shows as cold and unwelcoming, it now makes a potential buyer want to move in and call this Home. | $3k | Marion, CT
Vacant Home Staging, Marion , Ct | Apr 2015 | We took a cold empty house and turned it into a warm And welcoming space. | $3k | Marion, CT
Vacant Staging, Marion, CT | Apr 2015 | This house was being sold by a company that bought it as an investment to redo and turn over. It was done using high end materials and a lot of attention to detail. However in the end it was still an empty house that potential buyers could not see themselves living in. Nancy the Stager changed that. We furnished it using current styles and patterns, used just the right accessories and artwork and turned this cold space into a warm and welcoming home. | $3k | Marion, CT
Home Staging Project, Niantic, CT | Apr 2014 | Nancy the Stager got this property ready to sell. After the homeowner's packed away the things we were not going to use, we went to work. We used coastal decor and accessories to portray an environment a potential buyer could see themselves living in. This property sold in 8 days for full asking price. | $2k | Niantic, CT
Watertown CT Staging Project | Jan 2013 | We needed to get this property ready to sell. Once repairs and painting was completed Home Staging began. This was a room that needed something done in each room. New bedding, curtains, and accessories. This property sold in the middle of the winter, with multiple offers in the first week. It sold for 7% above asking price. | $230k | Watertown, CT |
