Kennedy Construction did a bathroom update with taking existing fixtures out and replacing them with more up to date fixtures including tile floor and shower. I am more than pleased with the workmanship and customer care provided. Hank, Ken, and the entire crew have far exceeded my expectation with this work, explaining what was being done and why. I have recommended the company to friends and family for any work they want/need done. Thank you so much for all you did to make this a successful project.

HORRIBLE experience with Kennedy Construction! We contracted them to work on a commercial buildout project to complete framing, drywall and flooring. The quality of their drywall work was terrible and they could not keep a schedule. They were unprofessional were way overpriced for what they did. We had to bring in different contractors to complete/bring their work up to standards because they didn't get it done. We informed them that we would have to deduct from their invoice for the work they didn't do and that we had to pay others to finish. They told us we still had to pay for the work they didn't do! Now they are filing a lien for work they never did! Looks like we will be seeing these scammers in court! DO NOT USE THEM - THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

They are prompt to return calls and supply information. Job was concluded in a timely fashion. They have since completed two other jobs for us, and have a third pending for the fall.

The Kennedy construction crew was exceptional in their delivery of quality workmanship, maintaining a clean work site, and delivering on time (and being honest about it). Responsive throughout the project.
