Overall, I’m quite happy with this company. Service tech arrived within a couple of hours after I called, not the fastest time but still quite fast. He had the necessary parts with him to fix the problem with the opener and got it done in under an hour. As for cost, it wasn’t less than a bag of chips, but certainly within reason.

This company is a total garage door scam. I have later learned that they have websites for almost every town in the USA .They are not located in Brockton. When I called them asked were they were located the woman stumbled and then put me on hold. Then when she came back and told me Center St in Brockton. Being from Brockton, I am very skeptical since I have never heard of this company (lived here for 30 years). When I asked for the address of the company she hung up on me. I thought maby I was disconnected so I called back, asked for the business address again, she stumbled, said ummm..... And then hung up.

My garage door refused to close and I called this local company to repair it. Their tech replaced the safety sensors and now all is fine. Awesome work!

When my garage door quit working completely this morning I called this company since they have a great reputation for being the best garage door repair folks around. They sent out a service technician who fixed a problem with the door opener very fast and now my door is working just fine again. I got excellent service fast from this company and couldn’t be happier!
