| Utica Square Residential Rose Garden | Jan 2000 | This rose garden has now been inherited by three different home owners. When we were first hired, the previous contractor had used a compost blend as the soil for each bed, leading to the demise of many of the roses planted. We added top soil and bed amendments, reintroduced beneficial mychorrizae and replanted nearly 50 roses. From March through October, we fertilize, spray and deadhead monthly to ensure its continual performance. Five years later, the roses are now thriving, creating a lovely display garden for this high-traffic midtown area across the street from Cascia Hall Preparatory School. | Tulsa, OK |
