XPERT Plumbing

Non-Responsive and didn't show up to an appointment we scheduled. A date that I rescheduled with a friend from out of town.

Through HWA we had no choice but to move forward with them. We reached out on 11/21/2019 to schedule an appointment; Didn't pick up and I left a voicemail. He called me back thinking I was with HWA. Said that he may have time Wednesday or Thursday. I Called back on Tuesday and left a voicemail. No word. Called back on Wednesday and his voicemail was full so I called him again. Got a hold of him and he requested to come out 10am on Thursday. My wife cancelled a meeting with her friend to be at the house. 10 am rolls around and he didn't show and didn't pick up his phone. Called HWA who tried to call him and he didn't pick up. I would never use or recommend any service from somebody who is that inconsiderate and non-responsive.

We are a boring contractor that worked for Xpert Plumbing (Bill)l on a hotel job replacing a water line for the building on 2/26/19. He bad-mouthed other boring contractors that we knew while on the job and has not paid us for the work we did as of today, July 1. He promised (via phone and text) to pay multiple times and will no longer communicate with us about payment options. We think we know why he didn't like other boring contractors and that is because they expect to get paid for their work. I cannot recommend Xpert Plumbing because if you use them, he may not pay his subcontractors and you may have a lien placed on your residence or business. Call me, Bill, would love to chat....
