Cox roofing has to be the most dependable,customer driven company in Springfield..Everyone including the installers are always on the same page.

Cox Roofing inspected my roof and said I should contact my insurance as there was hail damage, both old and new. The insurance adjuster came the next week and Cox walked it over with him. The whole roof needed to be replaced along with gutters and downspouts. It was all done in a timely manner, although it was a week after the roof had been replaced before they could get the new guttering installed. I'm very pleased with the service and the roof looks great.

Very quick and professional , however they do not do soffit and facia repair as suggested in this ad. They did an excellent job on our roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

I had Cox Roofing remove and replace the shingles on my house. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable, the sales man, the installation crew, and the office staff. They met with the insurance adjuster on my behalf and convinced him of what I could not, There were no "surprises" between the quote and the final bill. They even did a few cosmetic things at no charge! Talking to the employees I found out a lot of them have been there a long time; good sign I think, I will use you guys again when the time comes, just for the peace of mind knowing you are fair and honest. Oh, and I didn't have a dumpster in my drive way for days or weeks this time. Yay!
