Would leave zero stars if possible. First you need to wait forever till you get an appointment, was forwarded to them from my warranty company. Their Technician is not professional, and lazy, had to come 3x back for same error code, and needed to wait over a month between appointments. Technician didn’t run a test wash after repairing my wash machine. My machine had a draining issue, after officially repairing it, there was water running over the whole floor, meaning he damaged my drain pump when he officially came to repair/ replace it. Now I totally can’t use my machine and when I contacted Dial appliance they didn’t take responsibility or send the technician back. HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never use them on your own if you’re not referred third party.
We bought a fridge about two years ago, the ice maker broke. We contacted New leaf who we purchased the warranty from- this process began on February 4, 2021. Finally on February 25 we had an apt scheduled for March 17th with this third party Dial Appliance Service. It took until March 17th to get someone from Dial appliance here, as the company stated they only have one technician and he only works on Wednesday’s. The tech showed up and was here for under a minute...several hours after our scheduled time at the end of the day...clearly he wanted to go home and stated he could not remove the ice maker tray, and that we should have been told by his company to defrost the freezer prior to him coming. Obviously no one told us this, so he left. This morning we called the office to get another apt...Maria stated that they take full responsibility for what happened but because they only have one tech who works one day a week they have no ability to give us an apt next Wednesday. The funny part is that while i was on the phone with Maria my husband went downstairs and was able to pull the tray out in 2 seconds lol. We explained that there is a holiday next week and we really need the ice maker to work, and that if they do take full responsibility please help accommodate us. Instead of saying ok we will move things around and help you— Best part of all of it —Maria told me that if we don’t want to wait we are welcome to call New Leaf back and ask for another service company! We are now scheduled for April 7th...let’s see what the next excuse is. If you need service this is not the company for you- unless you don’t mind waiting 2 months to use your appliances. One tech who works once a week? Very disappointed.
