Had my awning done end of October 2020. Joseph refused to placed the 3rd poll in the middle, that i was charged for. Monday 1rst of February 2021 it collapsed in the middle where the supposed to be poll was not necessary. I reach them first to use my 2years warranty, forget about it, they offer to help on my deductible thought they were responsive, then when i told them my deductible and what insurer told me ( that a third poll will have prevent this situation Guess what!!! They are ignoring me Not answering my emails phone calls ....

The service was exceptional right from the start. The ladies I dealt with were very kind and really knew the product and helped me tremendously in picking the correct fabric. The finished product was very well made, every thing fit perfectly, and i’ve had no problems only compliments in how things turned out. On top of all this, the price was so reasonable I almost feel guilty. Thank you, Champion Awning!

Thank you Champion.. I had an awning and enclosure installed in my backyard and now my parents can go outside and enjoy the back porch.. The salesman Alex was wonderful.. The installers were very professional I would recommend to everyone!
