After few bad experiences with different companies I found out homeland Construction . They turn out to be reliable roofing contractors. The job was done on time and according to my budget. They even called me recently to ask if everything was fine with my roof. Very nice people, I am so happy that I found them.

I needed a partial roof replacement but ended up opting for a full roof replacement when taking into account the long term overall savings. I contacted 3-5 vendors for bidding. HomeLand had a slight premium above some of the competitors. I decided to go with them in the end because of their massive accreditation, awards and positive reviews alongside my personal experience in dealing with their team. That gave me the assurance the job was going to be done properly. They have three points of contact during the process. First they came out to scope the project size and workload to offer a bid. I was assisted by Alex during the contract review process and initial Q&A stage. She was great! very helpful and polite, some delays but i really can't fault him for being busy. They give you a date for the site installment after the first phase and contract signing is complete. I received a new point of contact for site work supervisor. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. They reached out to the neighbors on my behalf so they wouldn't be alarmed by the work. Nice touch. But we all know nothing really matters in the end unless the job is done well. And it was beyond my expectations. All done within a day, all debris cleaned, aerial pictures were sent periodically as the work was being completed. Everything was methodical and executed perfectly. They run a tight ship! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing job. Last note: I wish, I wish, I wish I remembered the guys name (I think it was shoaib?) who assisted me during and after the project. I believe he was the site manager? He was so helpful, totally above and beyond with my questions and more.
