Henry and Robert are some of the best plumbers I've seen and nice people also. They ask about the issue and accept photos via email of the issue. And even help explain things. Amazingly refreshing. Also in business over 60 years. Thank you to both and to the whole crew at Metropolitan Heat and Power!

I purchased a hot water heater, even though it wasn't the cheapest nor exactly the one I would have preferred, because they were able to install the same day. However, once it was installed it hasn't worked properly and they haven't returned my calls. Now I need to find another plumber to fix it.
